Fixed Heavy CPU Usage Issue

Found an issue which occured when the running game was Paused and focus was away from the game. This was causing heavy cpu usage. This also relates to a potential Game running issue where in the case a joystick is not plugged also causes heavy cpu usage. These are fixed in the new update
