Bug fixes

Fixed a bug where it was possible for some items on a 'loaded' level to not be able to collected.

The save dialog indicated that the level would be saved from the start of the level - this is not correct for crazy retro lander - when saving the complete state is saved including the lander velocity - the warning message has been removed
