Several changes relating to playability

Enemy Ship added

Player parameters changed for a more controllable ship - not so twitchy

Player has a blue outline to better make it standout from the asteroids

Global Leader board added

Crazteroids

Asteroids meet Crazy Retro

Add Game To Collection
